Step Global have an existing website and online product catalogue that enables both retail business to consumer (B2C) and wholesale business to business (B2B) customers to review product information and data sheets, although the website is manually updated and maintained, and all orders are processed manually via phone, fax or email. With a recent decision made to implement MYOB Advanced and a renewed focus on dealing efficiently with customers' orders and automating manual processes, a decision was made to pursue a new eCommerce website that was integrated with MYOB Advanced.
Step Global chose a Straightsell Standard 'Responsive Web Design' eCommerce website with SecurePay's SecureFrame credit card payment processing and PayPal Express Checkout, plus enhancements for the simple search, the eCommerce Add-on 'Category Header Text and Images' and 301 re-directs to ensure existing search engine rank is passed to the new website.
eCommerce integration with MYOB Advanced will cater for product data including, stock availability, customers data, customer special pricing and invoices upload from MYOB Advanced, and web orders, payments on web orders and invoices, and new customers downloaded to MYOB Advanced by our Straightsell MYOB Advanced eCommerce integration.
